At this time, we only deliver within Lusaka, Zambia.
We do not:

Deliver outside Lusaka

Ship to other provinces

Export internationally
2. Delivery Rates
Delivery fees are distance-based from our nearest Bottleshop location.
Your delivery rate is calculated after checkout based on your address.
3. Delivery Times
We offer:

Same-day delivery within Lusaka for orders placed before the cut-off time 21:00

Next-day delivery for orders placed after the cut-off
Delivery times may vary during:

Peak seasons
-
Public holidays
-
High-volume periods
4. Delivery Requirements
Because we sell alcohol:

The recipient must be 18 years or older

The delivery team may request valid ID
-
Alcohol cannot be handed over to minors or left unattended
If no eligible adult is present at delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Failed Deliveries
A delivery is considered failed if:

The customer’s phone is unreachable

No eligible adult is available
-
The address provided is incorrect
In these cases:

We will attempt delivery again (additional fee may apply)

The order cannot be refunded once dispatched, unless faulty
6. Order Tracking
You will receive:

An order confirmation email

A delivery confirmation once the order is dispatched
